Amazon purchases

Plastic Free Living currently recommends products that you can purchase on Amazon. We are not the seller for those purchases and do not receive your payment. Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and order disputes are handled through Amazon and the applicable seller under the terms applying to your purchase.

How to request help

1. Sign in to the Amazon site where you placed your order.
2. Open Your Orders and select the item.
3. Use the available return, replacement, cancellation, or customer-service option and follow the instructions, including seller-contact instructions when applicable.

For Amazon-fulfilled orders, Amazon handles the applicable return and order-support process. Return eligibility, deadlines, condition requirements, return-shipping costs, fees, exclusions, and refund timing vary by item and offer. Review the current terms shown by Amazon for your order. We do not promise a universal return period or guarantee approval of any return or refund.

Do not return products to Plastic Free Living

We cannot authorize an Amazon return, provide an Amazon return label, issue an Amazon refund, or change an Amazon order. Send an item only to the return destination authorized through the order's return process. Our website contact address is not a product-return address.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Report the issue through the Amazon order-support process promptly. For a manufacturer's warranty or product-safety issue, follow the seller's or manufacturer's instructions as appropriate. Plastic Free Living does not provide an additional warranty for Amazon purchases.

Our website and future direct sales

For a broken link, an inaccurate recommendation, or a question about our content, contact Plastic Free Living. Please do not send payment-card details or Amazon login information.

If we offer products sold directly by Plastic Free Living in the future, we will publish the applicable return and refund terms before those products are offered.
