Purchases and shipping take place through Amazon

Plastic Free Living currently provides product reviews and recommendations with links to Amazon. We do not sell, store, pack, or ship the products you purchase on Amazon, and we do not collect payment or shipping charges for those orders.

Use the "Buy on Amazon" link to review the offer and complete your purchase on Amazon. Our current recommendations are intended to use Amazon fulfillment. Check the current "Sold by" and "Ships from" information before ordering because sellers and fulfillment arrangements can change.

Who handles delivery?

For offers fulfilled by Amazon, Amazon handles shipping, tracking, and related order support under its applicable policies. Where the offer identifies another fulfiller, the responsibilities shown in that offer apply. The seller may be Amazon or a third-party seller even when Amazon fulfills the order.

Shipping destinations, charges, delivery estimates, Prime eligibility, taxes, customs charges, and import requirements are determined by the offer and checkout on Amazon. Plastic Free Living does not set or guarantee these terms, free shipping, or delivery dates.

Tracking, missing packages, or delivery problems

Open Your Orders on the Amazon site where you bought the item and select the relevant order. Use Amazon's tracking and customer-service options, including any instructions to contact the seller. Plastic Free Living cannot view, reroute, cancel, or replace an Amazon shipment.

Packaging

Our focus on reducing plastic does not guarantee plastic-free shipment packaging. Amazon, the seller, and the manufacturer control packaging and fulfillment materials.
